Minimum stay 21 nights. We are sometimes able to welcome stays of less than 21 nights. Please enquire about the availability and costs.

Local tourist tax is charged at €0.34 per person per night.

Payments should be made by cheque or direct bank transfer. Cheques can be from a French bank in Euros or by cheque from a British bank in £ sterling, Please contact us for an equivalent rate. Payments from other countries should be by bank transfer; we will provide details on request.

We will send you a contract by e-mail at the time of making the reservation. A deposit equivalent to 25% of the total rental is payable and should be returned with the signed contract within 7 days. We will then be able to confirm the reservation. The full balance is payable on the arrival date if paid in cash or by a cheque drawn on a French bank. Payments by cheque drawn on a British bank must be received four weeks before the arrival date. Payments by bank transfer can be arranged, please ask for details.

A key deposit of 100 Euros will be requested at check-in. This will be returned in full when the key is returned at the end of the rental. We ask that guests replace any broken items otherwise the cost will be deducted from the key deposit at the end of the stay.

Arrival and departure times must be agreed in advance so that we can ensure a welcome and hand over of the keys etc. Unless otherwise agreed departure must be before 12 noon and arrival after 12 noon on the day reserved.

Guests are invited to bring a well-behaved small dog at the small extra charge of 15 Euros per week (30 Euros per 3 week stay). The pet must not be allowed into the bedroom. Guests should bring a suitable dog basket.

On departure we ask that guests leave the whole apartment in a clean and tidy condition.
